License Agreement

  1. The Casino provides the Player a personal, non-exclusive, non-assignable, and non-transferable usage license to use the Casino software and Internet gambling services. The Player has the right to use the software on any computer in which he/she is the primary user.
  2. The Player can in no way copy any software, written materials, or artwork associated with the Casino. The license may only be used by the original Player and cannot be reassigned, leased, or transferred all or in portion to anyone. The Player may not make any attempt to discover the source code, reverse engineer, modify, decompile, translate, disassemble, or develop derivative works based on the Casino.
  3. The Casino is protected by copyright laws and is in full title of all software, coding, text, graphics, pictures, audio, music, and video. Any unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is strictly prohibited and any violators will be prosecuted.
  4. The Player agrees that he/she is solely responsible for all use of the Casino through his/her unique User ID and password. It is the Player's responsibility to keep all Player names and passwords completely confidential. Any unauthorized use of the Player's User ID or password is the sole responsibility of the Player and shall be deemed as the Player's use. Liability is assumed by the Player.
  5. The Player is responsible to verify the gambling laws that govern the jurisdiction in which the Player chooses to use the Casino software. The Player is responsible to act within such laws. The Casino is in no way intended for commercial use. The Player understands that he/she is only allowed to use the Casino to wager for personal entertainment.
  6. The Player understands and fully accepts that Random Number Generator (RNG) software will determine the outcome of all games. The Player understands that all messages, instructions, and responses sent to him/her from the Casino or Casino software are binding to the Player.
  7. Credits in the Players account are used to place wagers in any of the games. The Casino reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager or Player. The Player may not place a bet greater than his/her Casino credit balance. All winnings will be credited into the Players credit balance. Deposits and withdraws may be made at any time through the Casino's 'Cashier'.
  8. The Casino reserves the right to withhold any payments if it suspects any foul play or manipulation with the Casino. Charges will be brought against any Player who attempts or is guilty of foul play or manipulation of the Casino.
  9. To preserve the utmost security and to protect our Player's funds, the Player accepts that the Casino has the right to demand additional information and documentation to be able to verify that the Player is the actual cardholder.
  10. The Player understands that he/she is entitled to one (1) No Fee withdrawal request per month. For each additional withdrawal requests made during that month, you will be charged a service fee of $20/€14/£13/ ¥1800 or a 4% fee on your total withdrawal request ; which ever amount may be the highest. The minimal amount allowed for each withdrawal request is set at $/€/£25/ ¥2500.


Official Terms and Conditions

Participation in the Casino is solely open to Players of legal age, in their country of residence, where it is not prohibited. Employees of the Casino, licensees, affiliates, distributors, wholesalers, and subsidiaries are not eligible to participate at the Casino.

By launching the Casino Software, registering an account, use and reuse of any account, acceptance of any prize, or participation in the Casino, the Player acknowledges, warrants and certifies all of the following:

  1. The Casino reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to refuse to register any player.
  2. The Casino reserves the right to refuse any change in the account’s registered given name and / or family name that do not meet our regulations and procedures. The Casino will accept only legitimate “Name Changes”; examples of such include divorce and marriage.
  3. The Casino retains the right to suspend or terminate a player's account without prior notice in the event that, in our opinion, any of the Terms and Conditions are breached.
  4. The Player understands that error free software is not achievable. Should the Player become aware of an error or flaw in the software, the Player agrees to refrain from taking advantage of such error or flaw. Moreover, the Player agrees to report any error, flaw or incompleteness immediately to the Casino in writing. Should the Player fail to fulfill his/her obligations stated in this clause, the Casino or its assignees shall be entitled to full compensation of all money and/or winnings incurred during the error or flaw in the software, including any costs accumulated in the resolution for the recovery.
  5. The Casino limits the amount of individual accounts a player may possess across all Ever88 Entertainment software powered casinos, its affiliates, sub affiliates or white labels. This limit is to be established and revised solely at the Casino’s discretion according to its needs and fraud control policies in place. If this pre-established limit has been exceeded, the casino reserves the right to confiscate any funds, block current accounts and/or refuse future registrations.
  6. The Casino makes no warranties with respect to system malfunction and in the case of a malfunction all pays and plays are void. The Company/Casino will not be held liable for hardware or software malfunctions or bugs in any form.
  7. Player may only operate one (1) active account with Ever88 Entertainment Software Powered Casinos at any time. Players who are opening multiple accounts without first voiding their existing account are subject to being excluded from the Casino with all funds forfeited. In order to void an account, players must contact Customer Support. Violation of these rules may result in the player being excluded from the Casino with all funds forfeited.
  8. The Player is advised that all activities including deposits, bonuses, withdrawals, betting and participation in any game are recorded. The Player agrees that any discrepancies, disagreements, or problems of any kind must be submitted in detailed writing to the Casino’s email support within 5 business days for a full investigation and resolution. If no such notification was submitted, the Player agrees that there will be no recourse on the discrepancy, disagreement or problem and the Player shall fully indemnify the Casino from any claims the Player may have for any reason whatsoever.
  9. The Player is solely responsible for his/her actions concerning the laws and legalities of playing the games in the community and legal jurisdiction to which the Player is transporting the software and content of the Casino.
  10. The Casino reserves the right to limit or cancel any Player’s account due to abusive behaviour on promotional bonuses or Loyalty Points at the Casino's own discretion. The Casino management reserves the right to withhold any funds if it suspects any foul play or manipulation with the Casino. It is recognized and agreed to by the Player that, in the case of any discrepancy whatsoever, management’s decision on all matters will be final.
  11. Any bonuses received by the Player will adhere to the following rules: All bonuses may be cashed out only after the wager requirement has been met (see the Bonus section on the Casino website for further details). If you withdraw before having reached the minimum wagering requirements, your bonus, winnings and deposit fees will be void. $/€/£1/¥100 wagered on Ante in Caribbean Poker and Texas Holdem Bonus Poker counts as $/€/£0.50/¥50 towards the wager requirement. Bets placed on the following games do not count towards wager requirements nor any amount of bonus granted can be used to play the following games:

  13. Players located in those countries not eligible for bonuses and promotions will not qualify for “Refer-a-Friend”,”RiskFREE 1st Deposit” Bonus, and “Free Registration Bonus”.

  15. The Casino reserves the absolute right, where appropriate, to require players to supply additional personal details prior to making a withdrawal. The Casino reserves the absolute right to be the sole arbiter in whether or not this right is invoked. The requirement is intended to, within reasonable bounds; protect the Casino from fraudulent / illegal dealings and / or transactions. You accept and agree to furnish any personal details on request and these may include true copies of your birth certificate, copies of driving licenses, copies of passports, etc. This list is not exhaustive and may be amended at the discretion of the Casino. These will particularly, but not exclusively, apply to players with large first time cash-ins.
  16. Under no circumstances will deposits made, once processed, be refunded. All deposits are accepted in good faith and are subject to the specific bank’s processing criteria. Transactions made by the player using a third party's debit or credit card will be accepted provided the processing criteria’s are met. Deposits will, in these cases also be non-refundable.
  17. In the event of player winning significant amounts, (the interpretation of significant to be at the discretion of the Casino), the Casino reserves the right to make the payment by cheque. In addition, Player explicitly authorizes the Casino to publish their name, photograph and the name of the city and country where they reside. The Casino also reserves the right to present such cheques in person. These particulars can be used in any promotion or advertising, for two (2) years after the winnings. The use for these elements by the Casino will be free of any payment or remuneration, other than the payment of the player's winnings.
  18. Player’s accounts are for gaming purposes only. If there is any attempt to use the account as a financial instrument, or any suspicious transactions (including, but not limited to, large scale deposits and withdrawals relative to level of gaming activity) then the Casino reserves the right to suspend the account indefinitely.
  19. Players are not permitted to load up their account when there are already sufficient playing funds in the account. Players should note that they are free to set their own maximum cumulative deposit limits over a seven-day period. Although the setting of a maximum weekly deposit is not mandatory, the player should note that it does allow a personal risk limit to be placed on deposits. For those who take advantage of this facility will be permitted to make one more deposit once having reached the weekly limit. However there will be a 'Cooling off' period of 24 hours where no further deposits will be allowed. During the 'Cooling off' period, the player will still be allowed to play providing there is sufficient funds in the account balance to do so. In the event that a specific amount is not selected the system will default to its own maximum deposit limit over a seven-day period.
  20. The Casino reserves the right to amend or modify any agreements, rules, regulations, terms and conditions. The Casino will post all changes periodically in the complete terms and conditions and/or the Rules section of the website. The Player agrees to read this Agreement from the website each and every time in full, prior to connecting to the game server.
  21. The player understands that by agreeing to receive promotional updates by e-mail during the registration process that the casino will send such e-mails until such time as the player requests in writing for the Casino to cease such emails.
  22. The Casino will pay relevant betting tax and gaming duty related to its operations to the relevant tax authorities at the then-applicable current rate.
  23. You are responsible for the declaration and payment of any taxes on any profits made by you, as required by the jurisdiction in which you reside.
  24. It is your responsibility to ensure that your password remains known only to yourself.
  25. All bets placed using a correct and current password will be deemed valid and effective. The Casino will carry out no further investigation into the identity of the player placing the bet.
  26. If you know or suspect that any other party is aware of your password you must immediately change your password or if you have forgotten your password please contact Customer Support of the Casino. You will be asked to confirm your identity using the challenged question and answer that you provided during registration.
  27. You are liable for any losses incurred on your account through transactions carried out using your password.
  28. The Player understands and agrees to abide by all the terms, conditions, rules and regulations contained herein.
  29. The Casino reserves the right to adjust limits and/or suspend betting privileges on any individual account without prior written or verbal notice.
  30. The Casino reserves the right to close any individual account at any time without prior notification and/or further explanation.
  31. Your account is for your sole personal use only and shall not be used for any professional, business or commercial purpose.
  32. We take no responsibility for any third party access to your account. Under no circumstances shall the Company/Casino be liable for any losses incurred by you as a result of misuse of your password by a third person. All transactions where your user name and password has been entered correctly will be regarded as valid, whether or not authorized by you.
  33. Monies held in your account shall not attract any interest.


Dormant and inactive accounts

  1. Should you fail to use your account for six months your account will be considered a "dormant account". The six-month period will run from the date of your last login to your account. In the case of a dormant account, the Casino will levy a monthly administration fee at a rate of $/€/£1.50/¥1500 per month from the date that it became dormant. The administration fee shall be deducted from the dormant account commencing from the last day of the sixth month in which the account is inactive and occurring on the last day of every month thereafter, until the balance of the account has reached zero. In the event that you login to your account in the period during which the administration fee is levied, the Casino will cease to levy the administration fee from that month but shall not be obligated to return to you any monies deducted from the account at such time.
  2. The Casino may, at any time, set off any positive balances on your account against any amount owed by you to us.
  3. We reserve the right to limit or refuse any bet, stake or other wager made by you or through your account.

In the case of any discrepancy between the meanings or wordings of any translated versions of this Agreement, the meaning and wording of the English Language version shall prevail.
